Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used by ClavSI (Bertuprojects) and explains how to manage your preferences. For the full picture of how we process data, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites and applications place on the user's device to store information used to recognize the user, remember preferences, collect statistics or deliver the service. Similar technologies include localStorage and sessionStorage, which serve similar purposes.
2. Categories of cookies used
Essential technical cookies (always on)
Required for the Service to work; they do not require consent. Without them the application would not work.
sb-*-auth-token(Supabase): authentication and user session.clavai_brands_v1(localStorage): current brand kit, used to apply colors and fonts.clavai_consent_v1(localStorage): stores your choice about non-essential cookies.- CSRF security cookies set by the Next.js middleware.
Analytics cookies (with consent)
They help us understand how the Service is used, in aggregated and anonymized form. They are only enabled if you consent. They may include tools such as Plausible or a self-hosted Umami instance; we do not use Google Analytics by default.
Third-party cookies
When you use features that rely on external providers (e.g. Google sign-in, payments via Stripe, YouTube video embeds in the guides), those services may set their own cookies. Please refer to each provider's policy:
3. Managing your preferences
On your first visit we show you a banner with the options “Accept all”, “Essential only” and “Customize”. Your choice is stored locally in clavai_consent_v1 and applied to all later sessions. You can change it at any time from this page by clicking the “Change cookie preferences” button at the bottom, or by clearing your browser's cookies.
4. Cookies and duration
Technical cookies last for the session or, in some cases, up to 12 months. Analytics cookies, if enabled, are generally kept for no more than 24 months.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, change or delete your data. You'll find the full details in our Privacy Policy. To exercise your rights, write to [email protected].
